Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Items marked "Ready to Dispatch" usually leave the same or next business day. If a customisation such as fall and pico is requested, please allow an additional 2–3 business days.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may be affected by weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,999
- A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes with an additional fee of ₹50
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track your order from your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
- If the courier cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
- If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record it on video and contact us immediately.
